Start with an email

Send your request to mail@skyreview.us. You can ask for access, correction, a copy, deletion, or an applicable restriction or opt-out.

Email a privacy request

This opens your email application. Nothing is submitted by clicking; you must send the email. If no email app opens, copy the address above into your usual email service.

What to include

  • Your name and an email address where we can reply.
  • Your relationship to the information: passenger, crew, account holder, parent/guardian or authorized representative.
  • The request you want us to consider and enough non-sensitive context to locate the record.
  • If someone entered information for you, the trip organizer's name or an approximate trip date, if known. Neither is required to contact us.
Do not attach a passport, medical certificate, password or payment information to the initial email. If further identity or authority verification is necessary, we will discuss an appropriate method.

How requests are handled

We may need to verify your identity and an agent's or guardian's authority before releasing, changing or deleting records. We cannot disclose another person's information merely because it appears on the same trip. Requests are reviewed under applicable law, including any required response periods, business exemptions and legal retention obligations.

Some records may be held separately by the aircraft operator, in downloaded exports or email, or by service providers. Tell us what you need so we can explain the scope of a response. Archiving an account is not a deletion request.

If you disagree with a response

Reply to the response or email mail@skyreview.us with the subject “Vector 91 privacy appeal,” the date of the response and why you want it reviewed. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal, its requirements apply. You can also contact the Texas Attorney General or your state's consumer-protection authority.
