Cookies & browser storage
What the portal stores in your browser, why it is used, and how you can control it.
Necessary cookies and functional storage
| Name / type | Purpose | Duration / control |
|---|---|---|
session (first-party cookie) | Session state, sign-in, form security and operational preferences. | The current configured lifetime is 12 hours. Activity refreshes the expiration. Sign out and clear site data on shared devices. |
remember_token (when remember-me is selected) | Keeps your sign-in available between browser sessions. | The current configured maximum is 365 days. Sign out to clear the browser credential; account security actions may revoke it sooner. |
| Session storage | Remembers certain trip-list filters within a browser tab. | Normally ends when the tab/session closes; browser session restoration can preserve it. |
| Service-worker / browser cache | Stores static application resources such as styles and scripts for loading the app. | Remains until replaced by an app update, removed by the browser, or cleared in site-data settings. It is not a promise of offline access to trip documents. |
External resources and infrastructure
Pages load fonts, styles, icons or scripts from Google Fonts, jsDelivr, cdnjs / Cloudflare and jQuery CDN. Those requests disclose technical information such as your IP address, browser details and potentially the referring site. Infrastructure providers may also use security or routing technologies. The table above describes application-managed storage, not an inventory of every provider's infrastructure.
No advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral-advertising tools are currently included in the portal. We have not added a blanket cookie-consent button that purports to authorize every use of personal information. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any legally required choices must be updated before it is enabled.
Your browser controls
You can block cookies or clear this site's cookies, cache and storage in your browser settings. Blocking session cookies will prevent sign-in and can stop forms from working. Clearing browser data does not delete server records, downloaded documents or email attachments.
“Do Not Track” does not currently change how this app operates. The portal has no targeted-advertising feature controlled by Global Privacy Control (GPC). Use the privacy-request contact for an applicable opt-out or other request.
